Shetland Islands Citizens Advice Bureau is here to offer free, impartial and confidential advice to the people of Shetland. We deliver information and advice on a wide range of topics, empowering people to address problems and improve their lives. See our “Get Advice” page for more information on how you can contact us in person, by phone or email.
We want to make sure our service is accessible to all so we offer regular monthly advice sessions in rural health centres in Unst, Yell, Whalsay, Hillswick, Brae, Walls, Bixter, Scalloway and Levenwick. See our Facebook page for details of dates and times for our outreach sessions or phone the main bureau on 01595 694696.
See our Annual Report for 2018-2019 for more information.
